THE TEDROCKS started their musical journey in 2013 when Ted , Jason and Victor were asked to perform at various social club functions. Fueled by a mutual interest in excellent music from the 60’s – 70’s – 80’s – 90’s ( including selected opera songs ) the band set about  carefully selecting and rehearsing songs that they knew would MUSICALLY and VISUALLY ENTERTAIN audiences of all ages.THE TEDROCKS have been building an army of devotees in the Albury area since they started performing .

JASON       ( Lead vocal & harmonica , sometimes plays bass – percussion & acts on the side )

*     Our classically trained vocalist , brings the audience to tears with his sheer virtuosity and prodigious vocal range.
*    Performed in many operas from medieval to modern. Sang the lead tenor roles for the Murray Conservatorium¹s Gilbert & Sullivan excerpts concert , won 2 x major Georgy awards best performance and singer in musicals .
*   Major roles in “ Miss Saigon ” , “ Charlie Girl ” , “ Phantom of the Opera ” and “ The Mikado ”
*    Extensive TV & film work appearing in in Dean Murphy¹s first full length feature, “Just Cruisin ” , TV show “Rafferty¹s Rules”, and the ABC tele-movie, “Cliffy”.

VICTOR      ( Plays with his guitar and sometimes sings )

*   Performed in backing bands & has supported Charlie Pride , John Paul Young , Hush , Billy   Thorpe , LRB , Midnight Oil
*   Performed in many bands and major venues throughout Australia , Sth Africa and Europe.
*    Accomplished studio musician and award winning song writer , musical arranger and director .

TED      ( Guitar and vocals , Logic X  )

*       Truly international artist having performed in many countries :  Austria , Japan , Philippines , and the UK .
*      Performed in Manila ( Aus NZ Chamber of Commerce Ball ) to an audience of 600+ including Aus. & Philippines Ambassadors
*     Managed the hugely successful Triple M agency , booked Jimmy Barnes , Crowded House , Baby Animals , Jon Stevens
*    Passion for valve amps , 12AX7 tubes , vintage speakers , underwound pickups , Fender guitars , good shiraz

“’What it comes down to for us,’ remarks Jason, ‘Is that we really enjoy what we’re doing, and we’ve brought a lot of people something they really enjoy too.’ ‘Exactly,’ agrees Victor, ‘Even without all the success, we’ve met so many people who are saying “this is the kind of music I love, why isn’t anybody else playing it ?”  that we wouldn’t want to do anything else.’
